Welcome to the official website of Hon. Grace Mary Mugasa. Current Minister of State for Public Service.
Over the years, Grace Mary Mugasa has held various positions of responsibility in the Ugandan Government, Hoima City and globally
ranging from chairing school boards, social, religious & resident groups and committees, to several positions.

From her first election as local council Councillor in 2001, Mrs. Mugasa rose through the ranks in Hoima Town Council
through its elevation to Municipal status where she became its first Mayor in 2011 and eventually guiding the municipality to city status in 2020. Subsequently, she joined the Global Parliament of Mayors as a member and later on, Vice President.   Read More…
